Ridgewood Estate community development

Ridgewood is a master-planned community comprising a range of dwelling types, retail shopping, open space systems, environmental corridors, playground areas, ovals, child care centres, pedestrian and vehicular bridges, and cycle paths.

Our team facilitated master planning input, residential subdivision, and sustainable initiatives. We also provided sub-divisional engineering design and documentation, construction administration, infrastructure such as trunk sewer/water and bridges, hydraulic structures, wetland construction, and stormwater treatment.
