Townsville Retired Services League Redevelopment

In partnership with Ken Tippett Architects, we were appointed to oversee major renovations and extensions at the Townsville Retired Services League (RSL) in Hyde Park.

The projects involved upgrades to: New kitchen and cold room facilities

New sports bar and extensions Major modifications to existing function rooms

Refurbishments to existing amenities Our work encompassed structural and civil design services, certification of works and construction services, including inspections and supervisions.

Construction was completed in and around a fully operational club space, delivering the project on time and within budget.
