Stormwater Quality Management Plan for Moreton Bay Residential
We supported the development application for the 278 lot residential subdivision located adjacent to Lawnton Lakes, Moreton Bay Region, QLD.
We delivered a Stormwater Quality Management Plan, demonstrating viable mitigation of pollutant loading in storm water run-off by the use of bio-retention basins.
The entire development with an area of 17ha, through expert judgement and modelling, was able to have an appropriate stormwater quality treatment device fitted in accordance with Local Council and State Planning Policy. The resulting plan nominated two basins of sizes 782m2 and 1030m2.
