Engaged by Westbury Investments Pty Ltd to provide Civil Engineering Services, inclusive of Concept Design, Detailed Design, Tender Assessment and Administration, Contract Administration, and UWMP Design Services.

Services provided on this project include: Preliminary Infrastructure Service Reporting and project feasibility estimate;

Preparation of Urban Water Management Plan; Concept and detailed design of urban infrastructure inclusive of: wastewater disposal system, scheme water supply system, storm water disposal and management systems, earthworks, road and intersection design.

Obtaining mandatory approvals, liaison with all relevant authorities and coordination of all design drawings from various consultants;

Organisation, assessment and award of tender for construction inclusive of: preparation of tender drawings, specifications: organisation of tender, assessment and award of tender;

Contract Management including site inspections, organisation of meetings, and administration of contract during construction, organisation of final inspections.
