Panorama Estate, North Wilton

In 2021, Landcom acquired an expansive 873-hectare site in North Wilton, now known as The Panorama Estate – nestled between the Nepean River, Hume Motorway, and Picton Road, within the Wollondilly Shire.

We were appointed as principal surveyors to support the delivery of the first 750 lots and surrounding infrastructure associated with the estate.

The first two stages comprising approximately 300 lots have been registered and the community is beginning to take shape. Homes are under construction, and exciting plans for a new primary and high school within the estate have been announced.

Stage 3, consisting of 120 residential lots is under construction and scheduled for release in mid 2026. We continue to work closely with Landcom to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes that support the growth of this vibrant new community.
