Peregrine Estate – Piara Waters

Engaged as the civil design consultant for the development of 200 lots for Handle Property Group in Peregrine Estate, Piara Waters.

The development is located on the western side of Wright Road and exhibits specific issues with high groundwater (exhibiting at surface through much of the development).

Services provided included: Detailed geometric road design

Stormwater drainage design Sewer and water design

Coordination of electrical, telecommunications, gas and landscaping inputs

Intersection design and roundabout design The project was recently completed using an open tender process with the project split into separable portions for early earthworks and the construction of three stages consecutively of the development.
