Delivering structural and civil engineering services for a new office building
We were appointed to provide structural and civil engineering services for a new office building to house the Mental Illness Fellowship (MIFQ) of North Queensland.
Our building design was comprised of masonry and steel stud walls, with a steel-framed roof, to provide ongoing structural integrity and improved weatherability.
Construction was completed in late 2014 with the development receiving positive community feedback from Townsville locals. Today, the offices provide a hub for MIFQ and their clients, offering a central place for meetings, activities, and mental health-related events in the region.
