Oxley Ridge Project Stages 1 – 6, Cobbitty

We were engaged in 2019 to provide surveying services for the Oxley Ridge Project, a dynamic residential development responding to high market demand.

Our team successfully delivered subdivision services for 235 lots across 6 stages, working under tight timelines to support simultaneous delivery.

Our scope included full surveying for the subdivision - covering site control, work-as-executed surveys, subdivision documentation, certificate application packages, and final registration with Land Registry Services.

With lots selling off the plan, we worked closely with the client, Council and lead civil contractor, to ensure each stage was registered promptly, enabling timely settlements and supporting the fast-paced growth of the community.
