Town planning services, Oran Park Tavern

We were engaged to provide town planning services for the proposed Oran Park Tavern located at Lot 2201 Dick Johnson Drive, Oran Park.

Our team played a central role in guiding the project through the Development Application (DA) process with strategic oversight and detailed coordination.

Scope of works included: Reviewing and providing town planning advice on plans and proposing staging of the project.

Arranging and attending a Pre-DA meeting with Camden Council, followed by feedback on Council advice.

Preparing a comprehensive Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) to support the DA submission.

Acting as the primary liaison for all consultants providing supporting information and documentation for the project DA submission.

Collating and lodging the complete DA package, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Managing all Council correspondence, including coordination of responses and dissemination to relevant stakeholders.

Reviewing and co-ordinating Council’s assessment and consent conditions to client.
