Lawnton Lakes Estate Stormwater Management Strategy Review

Our water team was commissioned by Philip Usher Constructions to review the Lawnton Lakes Estate Master Plan Stormwater Management Strategy.

This was commissioned for the purpose of updating the Master Plan to include further detailing of stormwater management for stages 1-3 for development application purposes.

This project involved the MUSIC modelling, to determine appropriate design parameters for stormwater quality treatment devices. In addition, we utilised the existing Pine River Flood Model (TUFLOW) to assess overland flow behaviour over the causeway separating the two lakes.
