Surveying and civil engineering services for Farrow Road and Blaxland Road

We were was proudly engaged by Campbelltown City Council (CCC) to deliver surveying, civil engineering design, and site supervision services for a council-owned site that would be leased by Bunnings to build one of their largest retail warehouses.

Our team successfully registered the base plan upon completion of all civil works, enabling smooth project progression. Upgrades to the internal drainage system via large box culverts was achieved to maximise the usable footprint of the site for the future tenant.

Throughout the construction phase led by Bunnings, we continued to support CCC by supervising external works, conducting final walkover inspections and defects period to ensure quality and compliance.
