We were engaged to prepare a Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) to support the Development Application (DA) for Stage 2 subdivision.

Our scope included a detailed review of all supporting plans and technical reports - covering ecological, geotechnical, contamination, heritage, engineering, landscape design, traffic, and sewer and water considerations. Premise also provided strategic advice to guide the project forward, ensuring alignment with planning requirements and stakeholder expectations.
