Latest News Granite Belt Irrigation Project Premise is excited and proud to have been appointed to oversee the final planning stages of Emu Swamp Dam, as part of the Granite Belt Irrigation Project (GBIP). The GBIP will provide the Granite Belt with a new water storage and irrigation facility by 2023. Our advanced skills in pipeline and irrigation works, coupled with our strong regional focus affords us the opportunity to contribute to Queensland’s plan for economic recovery.
