Project Management services for Palm Island Motel

To further enhance Palm Island for both visitors and locals, the Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council received a grant for the design and construction of eight additional units at the existing Palm Island Motel, in addition to a further two units at the construction camp site.

We were engaged by the Council to undertake project management services for these works, which involved producing a project specification and tender documentation, call for tenders, tender analysis, and supervision of the construction contract.
