Hells Gates Dam Feasibility Study
Our Chair, Pat Brady, was instrumental in leading a feasibility study to determine the feasibility of Hells Gates Dam on an engineering, environmental, and economic basis.
The dam would be located on the Burdekin River north-west of Townsville.
The project was currently funded under the Federal Government’s National Water Infrastructure Development Fund. Pat was the nominated Project Director, and therefore responsible for stakeholder engagement and project governance.
