Asset Condition Assessment for Gladstone Sewer Pumping Stations

We were engaged by Gladstone Regional Council to undertake an asset condition assessment of the twenty-seven pump stations located throughout the region.

Detailed analysis was conducted on the key component of each facility, this included civil, mechanical, and electrical components.

The assessment was used to develop a condition rating for station components and included recommendations for future inspections, monitoring, and maintenance/capital requirements. The program included seven sewerage catchments and four water supply schemes, including twenty-five sewer pump stations and two water pump stations that, due to age, were becoming less reliable and required increased maintenance.
