We were engaged by Greenfield Development Company (GDC) to provide Surveying, Planning, and Civil Design services for a 150 lot medium-density residential development, delivered across six stages.

The final stage was successfully registered in August 2025, contributing much-needed townhouses in close proximity to the vibrant Oran Park retail precinct - enhancing housing diversity and accessibility in the region.

From securing initial planning approvals to designing cost-effective civil solutions, Premise worked collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure efficient servicing and delivery. Our team played a pivotal role in achieving subdivision certificates from Camden Council and registering Torrens title lots well ahead of occupation certificates - ensuring timely settlements and a smooth transition for future residents.
