Key Responsibility Deliver high‑quality civil designs across urban development, infrastructure, and related projects.

Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to designers and drafters.

Review and refine design outputs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standards.

Work closely with the General Manager and Project Managers to manage workloads, budgets, and project timelines.

Prepare plans, drawings, calculations and documentation for authority submissions and client deliverables.

Help shape internal systems, procedures, and technology use.

Required Experience 10+ years’ experience in civil design, spanning concept through to detailed design.

Strong capability in Auto CAD, 12d Model, and relevant design software.

A collaborative mindset with excellent coaching and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and a problem‑solving approach.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.

A passion for improving processes, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
