Graduate Civil Engineer

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll support a range of civil engineering projects from concept through to delivery.

You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and a multidisciplinary consultancy team, gaining exposure to:

Civil engineering design, documentation, engineering calculations, and reporting across a range of projects including:

Urban Development and Built Environment; Infrastructure including both Council and Tf NSW road projects.

Liaison with clients, contractors and approving authorities.

Required Experience A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering;

Exposure to a range of civil engineering concepts (through study or undergraduate experience);

Strong IT skills; Familiarity with software such as Auto CAD, 12D, Drains and Microsoft Office and/or an ability to learn relevant software programs;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

A methodical approach to problem solving and a high attention to detail;

The ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment;

A positive attitude, accountability for your work, and pride in delivering quality outcomes.
