General Manager – Brisbane

Key Responsibility You’ll have full responsibility for the performance of our Brisbane CBD office, balancing leadership, commercial oversight and client engagement. The role is hands‑on at a senior level. You’ll guide project delivery, oversee financial performance, support business development and ensure the office continues to operate with strong technical standards and a healthy culture.

You’ll work closely with other General Managers and the executive team, contributing to broader operational and strategic decisions while representing Brisbane’s interests nationally. The role reports to the Senior General Manager Central.

Required Experience A senior background in civil engineering, town planning or surveying

Proven experience leading a professional services team or office

Strong commercial awareness, including project financials and forecasting

Confidence building and maintaining senior client relationships

The ability to lead, mentor and hold people to clear expectations

Experience across urban development and civil infrastructure markets

Existing networks in Southeast Queensland Exposure to multi‑disciplinary consulting environments
