Credit Controller
Key Responsibility Initially, you will be responsible for implementing debt collection software and working with the business for client escalation. You will also keep a close eye on aged debt, identify risks early, report trends, issues, and manage the relationship with external collection agencies when required. You will also implement and be responsible for credit management and client onboarding.
There’s also a broader finance element, with some involvement in month-end, reporting and supporting the team as needed. It’s not a purely transactional role, you’ll be expected to think, assess risk and influence outcomes.
Required Experience Solid experience in Credit Control, Credit Officer or Accounts Receivable
Strong understanding of the end-to-end AR and credit management process
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Good communication skills and the ability to build working relationships across teams
Desirable: Exposure to both commercial and consumer accounts
Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
Relevant qualification in finance, accounting or business
